Olympia High School

A comprehensive urban high school incorporating grades nine through twelve, Olympia High School is located in the capital of Washington State.

Olympia High School students planed events for Media Smart Day that went beyond a single day. They used their closed circuit TV capabilities to promote media literacy. Students created short videos for the morning broadcast covering different media topics. Students also stimulated school interest in media literacy by encouraging students to participate in several advertising contests.
